Our beloved sourdough starter, “Lidia,” is now available in dehydrated form, ready to be revived in your kitchen. This packet includes 16g of hand-dried starter, prepared from our active sourdough culture used in all of our baked goods.

Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking for a reliable backup, this dried starter rehydrates easily with just flour, water, and a little patience. Created with organic, freshly ground flours and maintained in a warm, active kitchen in Austin, TX.

Includes simple revival instructions — and while we call her “Lidia,” you’re welcome to rename your starter as it takes root in your home.
